Dine-In Terms and Conditions

1. Operating Hours
Dine-in service is available from 10:00 AM to 09.30 PM.
Last order must be placed by 9:00 PM. Orders will not be accepted after that time due to kitchen closing and
closing preparations.

2. Seating and Reservations
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved.
Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
Group bookings (more than 6 guests) may require advance confirmation.

3. Waiting Time
Usual waiting time is 10 to 15 minutes.
During peak hours or high order volumes, waiting time may extend to 20 to 30 minutes.

4. Order Policy
Once an order is placed and preparation has begun, no changes, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
No refunds will be issued for items once prepared, unless due to an error from our side.
We request customers to carefully confirm their order before finalizing.

5. Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
We offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Please clarify your preferences while ordering.
Our food may contain allergens. Kindly inform our staff of any allergies or dietary concerns before ordering.

6. Pricing and Billing
All prices are in INR and may include applicable GST and service charges.
Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and select digital wallets.

7. Service and Conduct
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone causing disturbance or behaving inappropriately.
Children must be always supervised.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the premises.

8. Damages and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property.
Regis Cafe and Restaurant is not liable for any lost or misplaced items.

9. Photography and Social Media
Personal photography is welcome. Professional or promotional shoots require prior approval.

10. Health & Hygiene
We follow strict hygiene standards in accordance with FSSAI regulations.
Guests who appear visibly unwell may be advised to use takeaway instead of dine-in.

11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved at the discretion of management.
Legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolar Gold Fields, India.
